"We wanted to send you this letter to thank you so much for your excellent service and for our beautiful window coverings.
We had been looking for window coverings at several box stores when we happened to drive by your store and notice the sign in the window. We went in and met Christine Lockett. She answered some of our preliminary questions and then we set up an appointment for her to come to our home.
This in home service was fantastic! Christine was able to see our rooms, colours, furnishings and listened to our requirements. She then helped us select fabrics and made suggestions for our window coverings.
About six weeks later, we recieved a call that our draperies were ready for installation and on a very cold and snowy day, Zita, you appeared with all of our selections. You installed them quickly and efficiently.
The entire process was easy for us and we are delighted with our window coverings and with your service. We would highly recommend your shop to anyone who is looking for draperies and look forward to working with you again when we complete some further home renovations.
